I placed my order online about 30 minutes before the restaurant ordered and it was confirmed. That was good. In the past 6 months I've ordered fairly regularly from Burnaby Palace and its fairly decent. Food arrives in a timely matter.
My food today however was on the cold side which made me disappointed. I ordered dumplings for my kids to eat and when I opened the container the fat/grease from the dumplings had already begun to solidify.

The food is very good but requesting and receiving changes such as level of heat and no nuts / seeds is difficult.

When ordering, it said 45-60 minutes for delivery. After the first hour, I called numerous times to follow up and no answer. Food came 2 hours later and food was cold and the Chow Mein was soggy from condensation having been in the take out containers for so long. Driver was apologetic and said he would talk to the manager upon his return. No call from management.
This used to be a very good restaurant. This has happen on my last 2 deliveries. I will not be ordering from here going forward.

We have ordered from here many times . Today we had to wait 30 minuets longer than the pick up time, just kept saying I go check! After all the wait, we got home with the wrong food. Very disappointing. Taste of food was not as good as usual

Service is always good. I was a bit late picking up my food but it seemed extra oily tonight. A little disappointed with the lemon chicken. Will eat in going forward because it’s always super fresh in house.
