First time ordering take out. Ordered chicken with gai lan, received broccoli instead and it was pale green, over cooked and mushy. Ordered chicken balls with sauce on the side and they were burnt! My parents are regulars for dining in and when we join them once every few months, the food is always fresh and cooked perfectly. Huge disappointment. The other dishes were good and the online ordering system is convenient hence the 3 stars.
