I LOVE THIS PLACE! The food is always fresh and good portion sizes. They recognize returning customers and give discounts for many things. Been coming here for years now. Always go here for celebrations too!

We have been long time customers of Burnaby Palace, from their former location to this one. We live out of town and order food to share with our host in laws when we are down. The food at the old location was second to none - the best. However, since they have moved to the new location we (4 of us) have all noticed that the quality has decreased. It went from being tasty to dull, chewy, bland (my wife is a good cook and she can now surpass their quality).

As always, the food arrived quickly. It was hot and well packed. The hot and sour soup was excellent, but unfortunately I found my two main dishes rather disappointing. The chow mein with vegetables had very, very few vegetables, so $10 for a $3 pack of noodles. Most disappointingly. The eggplant in plum sauce with pork had absolutely no pork whatsoever. Not sure if I'll order with you again.

Food arrived hot, sweet and sour pork was not so tasty, chicken and rice were good.
