I could tell that my food wasn't fresh. The chicken in my chow mein had shrunk down to barely recognizable. My ribs were so dry it was like chewing wood. The only saving grace was the flavors. And my food wasn't hot, just sort of warm.

Food is usually pretty good here but I don't know what happened this time. The wontons were so dry and had no flavour. Chow mien was so salty. The sweet and sour pork was excellent though.

We’ve been dining and ordering for years from Burnaby palace. They are hands down the best Chinese restaurant in the lower mainland. So efficient, great service and they fill up the take-out containers to the max.
