Really great food, everything was perfection! The delivery is also fast, exactly as stated when I ordered it.

our dinner was great. we ordered the group dinner with chow mien for$45 & i love salt & pepper squid so i ordered that too. the dinner pack was great but my salt & pepper squid was terrible. it had no color, no crispness, seemed underdone. the inside was tender but so was the outside. the squid was tender but because the outside was too it made the squid taste underdone. i couldn't tell where the batter ended & the squid started. bad texture to the squid

Food was ready on schedule and great as always. I have friends in Vancouver and New West who drive past other places near their own homes just to come here.

I ordered 4 dishes for my friend, who can't cook because of a broken arm. I didn't try the food because I'm stuck in Toronto for the time being. But my friend liked it. I was impressed that Burnaby Palace has its own delivery set-up; I hate having to deal with those online food ordering and delivery platforms. I was also impressed by the friendliness of the person I talked to when I called the restaurant. He seemed like the sort of person who really wanted to make things right. The delivery went smoothly.
