Placed our order an hour before pick-up, had to wait an extra 10 minutes from the pick-up time. Made it home 15 minutes later with the order, only to see that sauce for our lemon chicken and spring rolls were not included and one of our main dishes was also missing.

Made a phone call and explained what happened. They automatically credited our account the cost for the missing items.

This is the first mistake we’ve experienced here and they were quick to solve the problem.

We've ordered from Burnaby Palace before, and we always enjoy the food. For us this time our order was ready on time and all I had to do was show up and claim it. I also have to say the online ordering process was very easy too. Thanks!

Everything we had was good! We always get dinner for 3A. It says it comes with mango pudding (3 portions) but we’ve never received that on a take out order but we get it when we’ve dined in. Maybe it’s a glitch and you are only suppose to get the pudding when dining inside.
