Burnaby Palace has been my “go to” Chinese Food restaurant for more than 20 years

The ordering system replied that my order would be ready for pickup in 40 min. When I arrived an hour after ordering I was informed that because of an order mixup they had not started on it. But they said they would have it ready in 10 min, and it was. The food was hot and tasty, but they need to work on their ordering system to make this doesn’t happen again, unless it was just human error. Hard to believe that though, since they were only open for take out and not dine-in.
