My order was made quickly. Tasted delicious. They accommodated a food preference. Would highly recommend. My family has been ordering here for years!

The food was great like always been for the past 20 years we been ordering from Burnaby palace.
This past time I was not impressed when I seen one of the cooks had the mask off while in the kitchen. He had it hanging on his neck.
Also I don’t mind waiting longer for pick but please don’t say it will be ready in 5 minutes and ending up waiting standing in a crowded lobby
With other patrons for 30 minutes.
Also one of the patrons waiting next to me took the mask dawn to eat some sweets.
I did not have a good experience!

Food was fine, but the take-out order was wrong. It's so busy with so many people standing around, and there's no real place to check your order without breaking social distancing. Got home, part of the order was missing. They said they'd credit that part of the order back, but... I'm hoping they remember to do it.
