Food is always excellent!!! We always enjoy our meal from Burnaby Palace. Portions are enough for the two of us plus having enough for another dinner. Thanks for never disappointing!!

We went and picked the food up because we read the reviews for delivery were slow which resulted in the food being cold. The food was ready on time and hot so by the time we came home it was still warm. You have to ask for fortune cookies otherwise they won’t give them to you.

Satisfied using their online service. Happy to recommend to my friends and very delicious food. This is our fave restaurant. You guys should try it. It's worth it.

Ordered online in advance before noon for pick up at 6:15pm. Went early for pick up (5:45pm) but ended up getting the food at 6:40pm because the restaurant was busy. What is the point of ordering early?

Also when we came home, we found out there was no steamed rice in the bag that we ordered.
