I have been ordering from Burnaby Palace for at least two years, I have yet to actually sit in the restaurant for a meal! I am extremely busy, use takeout fairly frequently, and have found that the food quality, taste, and freshness is consistent & rare for Chinese takeaway…

Up until now I have always ordered the same meal, a customized “special dish” with additional ingredients and without some of the things that usually go in it. The staff are outstanding and I love the system they use where I just give them my phone number and they say Ian? And I say yes please, same as last time thank you. It’s so efficient and it’s probably my favourite Chinese food in the lower mainland…

I hope to bring my family here soon and actually have a sit down meal for the first time lol. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Burnaby Palace for anybody who enjoys great taste, good value, and excellent customer service.

Our large order for 15 people was delivered hot and on time. Our choices were all so tasty and everyone enjoyed, especially the orange ginger beef.

We have been attending Burnaby Palace for years and unfortunately the service has gone down. We waited over 30 minutes beyond the estimated completion time and were told the total bill was not fully paid due to online surcharges. We paid the outstanding bill yet were charged for an item we didn’t even order. Will not be going back for weekend orders.

Food was good but not great. Ordering was easy except I didn’t get a confirmation. Pick up was easy too.
