Excellent fresh food delivered fast and steaming hot
It’s the only place we order for Chinese food delivery
Delivery driver was awesome too very friendly
Definitely recommend Burnaby Palace we had company over and they loved it!!!!!!

Food not as good as it used to be. And when the delivery came the driver ran around my house screaming "DELIVERY DELIVERY". So embarrassing!! I left, as always, super clear instructions and a number to call. Used to be a nice quiet drop off. Used to be my go to take out. That's my last time ordering.
