Definitely an opportunity for more communication. We ordered my birthday meal an hour before pick up time, waited in line for 30 minutes and finally got inside to find out our order hadn’t even been started. Disappointed that we weren’t given the heads up, we could have saved a lot of time and frustration. And unfortunately we weren’t the only ones.

Placed an order said would be 40min, when I got there was told to wait another 30min. Only 2 front staff working with a line up outside of orders. Need to have more staff and better system in taking orders on time. Might be good food but don't have the time to wait around.

I haven’t received my order as yet and it’s been over 90 minutes since the order was placed. The phone line is busy so I can’t even get in touch with anyone at the restaurant to inquire about the status of my order.

The food was great as usual. Website is glitchy. I ordered and message said if it takes too long to confirm we can probably not take your order. As it took too long I ordered again and actually got two e mails confirming each order. At the restaurant there was a huge line up outside and in the end I ended up taking both orders
