We've ordered takeout from Burnaby Palace 9 times since Sept 2019 and it's always been good. However, last night's order (Jan 26) was not up to its usual standards. The pork (in both the sweet and sour and honey garlic dishes) was dry. But the major disappointment was the Fried Rice Noodle with Baby Bok Choy and Beef (M2) - utterly flavourless. The small portion of sauce in the dish did little to enhance the flavour. I did phone the restaurant prior to writing this review and the person on the phone just said that they were busy and to try their food the next time. It appeared to me that he didn't really care.

I enjoyed most of the food but unfortunately our egg fried rice with vegetables seemed to have a lot of pieces of egg shell in it. Possibly just an accident but it wasn't up to the usual quality level from Burnaby Palace.

An excellent establishment, Burnaby Palace continue amaze me with friendly and courteous customer services, in addition to above the board tasty cuisines.
Kudos to Burnaby Palace, a dependable restaurant I can depend on!!!
