I wonder if there are new chefs? The food was bland tonight. We've grown to love Burnaby Palace, but this meal was disappointing. Lets hope it doesn't stay like this.

An excellent meal as always. It does take a while to get the food, 60 minutes from order to delivery, but it's worth planning ahead for the delivery time. The food arrives hot and fresh! We're big fans!

The food was delicious! We placed a order on line and specified a pick up time a few hours after our placed order. We had to wait 45 minutes past the pick up time. We would have appreciated some notification of delayed pick up.

Ordered at 520. Food still not here and it has passed one hour. I've been calling the restaurant to make sure they didn't forget our order but cant even get through due to an automated message that says they have too many take out calls, so call again in 30mins. I understand if it's busy but to not let customers know or have a way to contact the restaurabt incase they forgot our order? Ridiculas!! I don't live far from the restaurant either so contemplating going there, but what's the point of ordering delivery when ur sick?
