We’ve ordered from Burnaby Palace for years and have never had complaints. However, today, I ordered our meal at 5:20 and didn’t receive it until 7:10. We understand, there is a TERRIBLE rain storm today, with flooding and accidents everywhere, so we understand that part, though we aren’t very far from the restaurant. However, if there is a big storm in the future, which there will be, of course, maybe don’t take delivery orders, or organize the deliveries differently so the food doesn’t arrive ice cold, like ours did... it was ICE COLD. Also, if there is nearly a two hour delay, call or email the customer to give them an update or an explanation, don’t just leave the customer waiting and wondering what is happening.
While we won’t stop ordering from Burnaby Palace due to this one horrible experience, we suggest they work on how they handle situations like this and how they communicate with customers.

X4 is the notation for assorted pop. After you pick the item, you have to pick the amount...
Like 3 or 4..... If you want 4 pops, you pick 4 counts....
X3 is Cashews, Almond or Peanuts.... You will get 1 serving , not 3 times of serving....
Maybe we should change the notation to Y, not X.....So people will not be confused....
