If I could leave a rating of zero stars I would. Waiting 3hrs for our food is completely unacceptable. As was the way that your manager chose to deal with it. Furthermore one of us was violently ill immediately after eating your food. We have been customers of yours for a decade now but after the way I was spoken too by your management I will no longer will be a patron of your business.

I liked how I could order online now but we were trying to call the actual restaurant to ask a question about the dish and no one was picking up the phone! Thought that was kind of weird. We must have called five separate times before we just gave up and ordered online instead. Also I’m not a fan of the automatic “tip” that is included in the grand total. I know there was an option to change it, but it would be more courteous to NOT have a predetermined price in this field and let the customer decide what the tip amount should be (and just so you know, I did agree to pay the “tip” which was on there since I know the food is good and our department has ordered numerous times from this restaurant ). Another thing is I had a co-worker pick up the order (told him to use my debit and “tap” the machine to pay), and my emailed order confirmation showed me one totalled price owing (this is including the tip), but I noticed when I checked my bank account online, the total was another $1 above what was quoted to me originally! Long story short, I’m not impressed with this online system as it seems you will end up paying more than quoted without any warning either from the restaurant worker or online form. I don’t think I will be using this and will be warning my co-workers at the hospital about this :(

I ordered Online and the location put the wrong address in. I realized right away after confirming my order. I then attempted over an hour to call the restaurant to advise them my address was wrong no one ever picked up and the delivery guy was upset with me when i finally did get my order. wasn't impressed but the food was great!
