The order was missing one of the items. The Pork Fried Rice was on the bill and was paid for but was missing from the order. Very disappointing. Luckily, I had ordered some regular rice but it still wasn't enough. Pretty sure I and several others left the table hungry because this was missing. The least you can do is refund the item.

This is strike two for Burnaby Palace charging for a missing item from the order.

Waited over an hour for our food. (Pre ordered take out). Was cold when we received it. Staff did not care nor offer an apology or recompense

Have been eating here for years. That was the last time for our family.

Excellent as always. My family particularly likes that they have more shrimp and mushrooms in their meals than other places. Definite value for money.

Sooo good. Fabulous food! Noodles, beef, soup. Savoured every bite.

The shrimp rolls and chicken were excellent. Broccoli was really good… but could have had more flavour. Overall, very good… excellent service and fast prep!

Always fresh and hot and great portions for the pricing. Our go to place for Chinese takeout.
