I think there was a mix up with the online order system and I was called after I left to come back to get the sauce for the chicken balls. Food was grerat as always though.

Saturday Feb 17th
I was visiting my friend in Vancouver, I called and there was a message that it was busy and to try again in a half an hour. So i made an account and placed an order online for delivery. I called at 8 knowing that it was busy and it would take awhile, they said order is ready, I assumed to be delivered. I get a called 9 asking if order was for pick up. It wasn't, and it clearly says so on my receipt. So we got our order at 9:30pm. The order was cold and the lemon chicken had no lemon sauce. My friends raved about this place and service and were also disappointed.

Food was good as usual, however I ordered 5 dishes for takeout and when I got home found only 4 in the bags. Was not going to drive back 20 minutes for rice so decided to call and see about a credit. Constantly got the busy signal and then when someone did answer I got put on infinite hold.

When I got home from the restaurant there was a soup that wasn’t closed properly and was leaking all over. The bag didn’t toppled over or anything but it does sway when you’re walking with it. You should put on the menu that soup is included because it wasn’t part of my order And if I knew there was a soup then I’d been more careful for sure. And make sure that it is closed properly so it doesn’t open easily.

Fantastic food as always. Our address hadn't been properly updated on the online site. The delivery person was gracious and patient when he called to alert us to the delivery at the wrong address. He then delivered it the 2 minutes back down the street to our new house without any complaints or issues. Thank you for another amazing meal AND an amazing customer service experience.
