Delicious, good quality food. Takeout order was just as ordered and just out of the kitchen so still hot when I arrived to my destination.

Our last visit, was Mother's Day. Restaurant overbooked for pickup, service was horrible and food arrival was a gong show. Giving the benefit of the doubt for our third visit, I am truly not impressed. Our hot pot was a cold pot.
This place is going downhill. Only our first visit a year ago was great, I'm going to give Burnaby Palace one more try, three strikes, I'm done. I have a feeling this establishment is flying on the coat tails of previously good food and is now just taking things for granted.....too bad if this is the case

Tasty, not too salty, and friendly and earlier than expected delivery at around 9:45pm (took around 30mins vs 60mins). Thank you!

The food was very good as usual. The delivery came in 60 minutes like stated. The driver did not give us the pop we ordered and paid for and we only got one pack of soya sauce for 2 dishes.

The food was good. However, one dish was missing (noodles) which was not great.
BUT - they fixed it. Which is very, very good business.
