I normally receive excellent service with delivery. Sadly this time, after being 15 minutes late I had to call to find out when my order was going to be delivered. The lady on the phone told me that they are on their way. It still took some time for the food to arrive so I am most positive they started making it when I called. This was a pre- order as well.

We always enjoy Burnaby palace for our Chinese food. It is always good tasting and the service is friendly. I usually order a few hours in advance online, it’s easy and always ready when requested. This time however we all agreed it was even better than usual. The ginger beef and sweet and sour pork were especially delicious! Thanks again BBY palace!

Delicious! Restaurant was busy and looked like a ton of happy customers. We had Dinner for 2A and Spicy Fried Squid.

The sweet and sour pork is the best!

This restaurant has been our favorite for many years. Always fresh, consistent, tasty, and generous! Their kind staff also make us want to go back. My favorite is their ginger fried beef and Buddha's feast. Long life to Burnaby Palace!!

I HAD MY FOOD DELIVERED. DELIVERY WAS ON TIME & FOOD GOOD. i ORDERED CRISPY NOODLES WITH SHREDDED CHICKEN. I ALSO ORDERED CRISPY SKIN CHICKEN. ENJOYED MY MEAL
