I find that your food is of good quality. I think your prices are a little high.. but when our food arrived, the first thing, your delivery man said to my wife when she opened the door was (.see you didn’t leave a tip) which I found to be very rude and for that reason, I will not be using your restaurant in the future

Everything was great! The online ordering process was easy, my order was ready on time, the food was delicious and a free order of dry garlic pork was an added bonus, not to mention the 10% off for pick-up! The staff at the front was also friendly as well as generous with the fortune cookies! I will definitely be ordering from Burnaby Palace again!
