Food was delicious and hot when we picked it up. My only complaint is when paying online it added a 10% tip in the final transaction. I cannot see the point of adding a 10% discount for pickup and then involuntarily adding a 10% tip.
I would prefer to add my own tip at my own discretion.

As always, Burnaby Palace delivered an incredible meal! I love their attention to details and asking if you needed anything else, such as chopsticks, soy sauce, etc.
