The food arrived quickly and was hot and fresh. The delivery driver called us upon arrival and we had no issues getting our food. All the food we ordered was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Thank you all very much! I called in our order and received a message saying it would be ready in half an hour. I called to say we were on our way already and would be there quickly and we were so happily surprised that our chow mein and wonton soup was ready and waiting when we arrived, less than 10 minutes later! The food was very tasty! The chow mein was soft rather than the crispy I ordered but it was still very good and both were very hot! We were extremely pleased. Your food and exemplary service are why we always travel from Surrey to our old neighbourhood (born and raised there many years ago) just for food! Thank you! We appreciate your restaurant staff, their knowledge, old school cooking skills, and professionalism. Kim

We enjoy the food from Burnaby Palace.. we actually drive from Coquitlam to pick it up!! Always fresh and tasty, friendly staff and quick service!

We used to go to the Burnaby Palace regularly when we lived and worked in the area. With Covid and living on the North Shore we don't get there very often now, but decided to order pick-up for a change. It was delicious as usual. Their wonton travels well and my favourite is the house special chicken. The kids like the house special fried rice.

Neighborhood regular. Food is good and consistent.

Getting pricey, but what isn't these days.

A BIG FYI, I noticed an automatic tips charge for my ONLINE PICK UP ORDER.
I personally DO NOT AGREE with this and the business should re-program the credit card online payment process to allow you the options to tip. TIPPING is a discretionary choice by a consumer, NOT AN AUTOMATIC CHARGE BEFORE CONSUMPTION. This really hit home personally as I'm sure the majority of us are so tired from tipping fatigue.

TIPS: Choose the debit, cash and pay in person option at the payment section for your online order. That way you get to keep your personal discretion options to choose to tip at pick up.

They offer 10% discount for pick up orders. If you pay online with your cc, the auto tip negates that incentive. Hey, I get it... I'm sympathetic to rising costs for everyone, especially local business and will and want to support them, but when it impacts your personal discretion to be able to choose, hmmm, that is a problem.
