We always order here for take away food and have always enjoyed it. However, yesterday is a disappointment. The shrimp fried rice and house fried rice is bland. The ginger beef is hard to chew. Only the chow mien, honey garlic pork and garlic peatips chicken balls are good. For the amount we paid. We are expecting more.

We live in Coquitlam but make the trip to Burnaby Palace because the food is great and the prices are reasonable.

Ordered online, food was ready for pickup at the appointed time. Quick and easy. Only complaint was there were only 5 shrimp in my house special fried rice, but I suppose that is the new normal.

The food is always great from Burnaby Palace. Portions are big. We opted for delivery - it was fast and friendly. I highly recommend for tasty food and great service.

Very disappointed Spring rolls we very saggy, Fried Mixed Seafood not crispy and super salty not worth the $28, the Tan Tan soup was not soup but rather wet noodles. I’m usually happy with the food but tonight I’m very disappointed with what I got for $$$
