We ordered online for pick up from Burnaby Palace and the food was hot, delicious and as expected. We have been ordering from them for a few years now and enjoy their variety of dishes, especially the fried chicken wings and sweet corn sauce over fried fish. It's easy to order online and you get 10% discount for picking up your order. We never had to wait long for our order as it's always on time. Also we like the fact that if we have a problem online, we can call in our order and there is always someone who answers the phone and speaks perfect English. It makes our ordering process alot easier and hassle free as my Chinese is not very good. Burnaby Palace is our neighbourhood go-to place and we love their food.

My order was ready for pickup when I arrived. Service was fast and friendly. Everybody enjoyed the food. My husband thinks yours are the best chicken balls in town. Everybody went home with leftovers for tomorrow (that was planned :-) )
