Food was ready in time, the extra sauce was provide but rice was under cooked and asked for extra egg for a fee and seemed to get little to none

We were visiting the area and decided to try Burnaby Palace. Ordering online was a simple process and were able pay when we picked up our order, which was ready at the stated time. Most of all, it was the best chinese food we have had.

The food arrived quickly and was hot and fresh. The delivery driver called us upon arrival and we had no issues getting our food. All the food we ordered was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Thank you all very much! I called in our order and received a message saying it would be ready in half an hour. I called to say we were on our way already and would be there quickly and we were so happily surprised that our chow mein and wonton soup was ready and waiting when we arrived, less than 10 minutes later! The food was very tasty! The chow mein was soft rather than the crispy I ordered but it was still very good and both were very hot! We were extremely pleased. Your food and exemplary service are why we always travel from Surrey to our old neighbourhood (born and raised there many years ago) just for food! Thank you! We appreciate your restaurant staff, their knowledge, old school cooking skills, and professionalism. Kim

We enjoy the food from Burnaby Palace.. we actually drive from Coquitlam to pick it up!! Always fresh and tasty, friendly staff and quick service!

We used to go to the Burnaby Palace regularly when we lived and worked in the area. With Covid and living on the North Shore we don't get there very often now, but decided to order pick-up for a change. It was delicious as usual. Their wonton travels well and my favourite is the house special chicken. The kids like the house special fried rice.
