Have been coming here for years and always happy. Ordered yesterday two vegetable dishes and found them to be extremely oily. First time i have been disappointed. Hopefully next time it's not that way.

Best Chinese food in Burnaby no question! For the last 20years but any person who's eaten from them knows this already. Maybe the best in lower mainland.
