We ordered from Burnaby Palace many, many times before. The food has always been good. However, this time I gave it 4 stars because there were no fortune cookies included like in previous orders. We were all disappointed.

Short staffed. Waited 10 min before someone showed up at the cashier. There were 5 people waiting in the front area ahead of me. Placed order 3:30 pm. Door Dash has priority . Ordered pick up for 5:45 and food was not ready until 6:10. Food was ok. vegetables were not cooked enough.
