I ordered 4 dishes for my friend, who can't cook because of a broken arm. I didn't try the food because I'm stuck in Toronto for the time being. But my friend liked it. I was impressed that Burnaby Palace has its own delivery set-up; I hate having to deal with those online food ordering and delivery platforms. I was also impressed by the friendliness of the person I talked to when I called the restaurant. He seemed like the sort of person who really wanted to make things right. The delivery went smoothly.

This is the BEST Chinese food restaurant in the Lower Mainland, hands-down! I've lived in the North Burnaby area for 25+ years. The food is always fresh, delicious and the servings are generous compared to other restaurants. I highly recommend the Burnaby Palace for their exceptional customer service and their swift home delivery! I have had 2 family members visit me from out of town (Kelowna and Cultus Lake); both raved on and on about how incredibly yummy the food was. Given where they reside and what food options they have, they said that this restaurant is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! You are truly missing out if you don't try one/some of their dishes. You will NOT be disappointed!
