Food & service was good.

Delivery was less than the advised 1 hour and piping hot. All the dishes ordered were very delicious, with the exception of the house fried rice that was a little on the bland side. However, the overall experience was good. Thank you very much.

We have ordered many times from Burnaby Palace and love it! However, our order from Friday, January 16 disappointed:
Dry boneless pork ribs: Flavourless, they were coated but didn't taste like they should.
Chicken chow mein: Cooked fine, but again, no taste. We've ordered this every time but this time was disappointing.
Beef broccoli: Was very watery, perhaps the broccoli wasn't drained properly? I don't know, but not to the usual standards.
Sweet and sour pork: Excellent!
Spring rolls: Very good as usual

So good! Ate with three grandsons and two great grand babies. They all loved it and are Burnaby Palace fans from now on.!
